Anxiety is another way of saying you feel scared, worried or nervous. People often feel anxious about times of change, like moving house or going to a new school. You may have worries about things that have already happened, things that are happening now or something that might happen.

The first step is to realise what you are worried about and why. Once you know this you can make a plan to help you control your anxiety. Talking about your worries is a good idea. On this page I will try and give you ideas of activities you can do yourself or with a grown up to help calm your worries.
