It is important for all of us, children and grown-ups, to try and keep calm and relaxed.
It makes it much easier for us to do all the things we have to do and helps us to cope and feel happy.
Lots of things help to keep us calm and relaxed: exercise, listening to our favourite music, reading a book or listening to a story.
