Colouring

Mindfulness colouring helps practice fine motor skills as well as being wonderful for calming.

It helps connect mind and body when you focus on what you are doing and spend the time paying taking time and paying attention to the colouring.

 

You can do this with any picture, even ones you've drawn yourself, however there are some below to download.
