Look at your face in the mirror and try to draw yourself as carefully as possible.
Can you add all the little details like your eye brows and eyelashes.
It'll be tricky, but have a go.
This ideas is a little trickier but still fun.
Ask your grown-up to cut a photo of you in half
and see whether you can draw the missing half back again.

You could use photographs of your family, pictures from magazines,
or even draw some of your own to use.
They just all need to be of a similar size.
Try doing some exercise.
Run on the spot - getting faster and faster,
Do some jumps - jumping as high as you can etc
Keep going until you can feel your heart beating fast
and the breath going in and out of your lungs.
