Sometimes, when you feel like your emotions are getting too big, it can help to write them down.
It can help us to see the problem more clearly which might make it easier to find a solution to our problem.
If we write down our feelings and share them with a grown up, they know how we feel as well, then they can support us better.
You can use a note book or any piece of paper at home.
Remember you can also write down when you’re feeling happy or excited. Then when you feel sad or worried you can look back and remember feeling happy and what you were doing when you felt that way.
Maybe trying the same things again will help.
