Sometimes, when you feel like your emotions are getting too big, it can help to write them down. It can help us to see the problem more clearly which can help us to find a solution to our problem. If we write down our feelings it helps us to let other people know how we feel as well, then they can help us feel better.
You can use the feelings diary below or you can use any piece of paper at home. Share your feelings with a grown up. Remember you can also write down when you’re feeling happy or excited. Then when you feel sad or worried you can look back and remember feeling happy and what you were doing when you felt happy.
