This is a way to notice and control your breathing that helps you to calm down. By concentrating on your breathing you will relax your mind and body.
Look at the star and trace around its points with you finger or eyes.
- As you go up to the tip of the point breathe in.
- When you get to the tip of the point hold your breath for a moment.
- As you come down the other side of the point breathe out slowly.
- Keep doing this until you have gone all the way around the star.
