Yoga can be very relaxing. Lots of people enjoy doing this form of stretching and balancing to help them to be calm. It might feel a bit strange at first and you might be a bit wobbly! But you will get better with practice.
You could try doing some of these yoga poses. Ask a grown up to help you make sure you are in a safe space with plenty of room. You will find it easier to do with no shoes on and wearing sports clothes, no princess dresses or light sabres. Remember to go at your own speed. Yoga should be slow and careful and should never hurt.
