Welcome to Year 3! I hope you are all having or have had a lovely summer and I am looking forward to hearing all about it when we get back. 

First day back at school: Wednesday 3rd September.

Are you ready to go back in time? We are going to be learning all about the TUDORS. 

Henry VIII and his 6 wives. 

How did they dress? What did they eat? What were the houses like?

We will be creating and making lots of crafts as well as baking lots of yummy things. 

 

Homework

Numeracy or Literacy homework will be given every week.
In year 3 you will also receive spellings and times tables each week.
Please make sure you are learning them at home!

 

Don't forget to bring your reading book and diary into school every day. Make sure you are reading at home and record any reading in your diary.
Just remember, like Dr Seuss says:
‘The more that you read, the more things you will know, The more that you learn, The more places you’ll go’.

You will need to bring your indoor P.E. and outdoor P.E. kit.
