Well done 3RP you have all worked really hard this week.
Your days out presentations were fabulous and it was great to see you all working together in groups.
Well done to "Tropical Butterfly House" group whose powers of persuasion really made me and Miss Carlton want to visit their centre for a fun day out.
We will continue our work on leaflets next week so don't forget to pick one up if you see any.

Remember school starts again tomorrow, I hope you've all had a good holiday.
This year has flown so fast - we only have 6 weeks left together before you move up to Year 4!
Remember your leaflets tomorrow as we will be using these in Literacy this week and don't forget to bring back your handwriting homework.
See you tomorrow.

I've just released the butterflies and added some more pictures. I've also got some video clips to show you on Monday. Another stick insect has also hatched. Good luck butterflies!

EXCITING NEWS!!! The Painted Lady butterflies have emerged from their cocoons. The baby stick insect is also out of its egg. I have posted some pictures below and will continue to do so during the week. I'm off to buy some oranges for the butterflies!

Don't forget to collect leaflets from tourist attractions during the holiday. You also have some handwriting homework.

You have all been working really hard building up your adventure stories, I can't wait to read them all during the holidays.
Well done to everyone who has collected stamps in their Children's University passport this term, why not collect stamps if you are lucky enough to have a day out next week? Check out the CU section on the clubs page for ideas of where to go.
Have a great week.

Polite notice - At home time on Friday all lost property from the Y3-4 cloakroom/classrooms will be collected and displayed outside in the playground for you to have a look at. Any items left which are unnamed will then be donated to charity.

Remember your homework on Monday. You need to think about where the final destination in your story will be.

I hope you are all enjoying the long weekend especially as the sun has come out for us
I just want to remind you that we are visiting the community allotment project tomorrow so don't forget your permission slip if you have not yet handed it in.
