We had a great time in Whitby! Check out some of the photos in the gallery on the 4KS class page.

While our classmates have been at Whitby, we have had a great couple of days creating our own minbeast board games. Check them out in the gallery.

If you are going on the Whitby trip this Wednesday please can you pack your St John's cap (or a blue one) as this will make it easier to spot you all when we are out and about. Try and pack your own case with an adult so that you know what was in there when it's time to repack and remember to practise making a bed as you will have this job to do when we arrive!
Fingers crossed that the sun will shine for us

Please hand in any sponsor money you've managed to collect by this Friday (17th) so that the PTA can start counting.

If you are out and about this weekend why not look out for different habitats. You could take a photo and share it with the class as we will be continuing this work next week as well as starting an exciting new topic in D & T.
Don't forget the parents meeting for Whitby is this Monday at 6pm.

Remember it's back to school tomorrow, I hope you've all had a good break. I have been very busy writing your end of year reports.

I am really excited about our new topic for next term, minibeasts. We will be learning all about these tiny creatures from their features and life cycles to their habitat's.
Our book for next term is going to be Roald Dahls "James and the giant peach" which I know you are really going to enjoy and hopefully this will inspire you to write your own minibeast adventure story.
